As proven by the successes of kindergarten classrooms, I propose that our mazes of bureaucracy ultimately be replaced by initiatives to help foster and empower personal morality. The creative potential of humanity could then thrive.
True protection is only achieved by eliminating the motivation for harm- by applying genuine love with the depths of our hearts. Establishing a culture of trust, by prudently being the first party to be trustful- and letting the chips land, and the beautiful destiny unfold, as they will.
If we want this future, we need to focus upon achieving it, rather than upon further investing in bureaucracies (outsourcing of our internal obligations to fully engage everyone as family).
This future is imminently achievable. Are there any laws on the process of how a handshake should be conducted, or how an elevator should be boarded? What are the regulations on friendship? Who is its authority? You already navigate life through good sense and morality.
